Narayanpur’s four primary schools all set to reopen with ‘Dhanyawad Kaka Utsav’

Narayanpur: A total of four primary schools under the Narayanpur development block in the district had remained closed due to a lack of students. However, responding to the demand of the rural community and an increase in the number of enrolled students, these primary schools in Edangpal, Anjrel, Badkanar, and Tadonar are being re-opened on the demand of villagers and the community. Currently, Edangpal Primary School has 19 students, Anjrel has 16, Badkanar has 31, and Tadonar has 15 enrolled students. To commemorate the long-awaited fulfilment of the villagers’ demand and acknowledge the proactive efforts of the state government, it has been decided to celebrate ‘Shala Pravesh Utsav’ in each respective school on behalf of the community. This festival will be organized under the name “Dhanyawad Kaka Utsav” to make it a memorable occasion.
