Raipur: IT sleuths have carried out multiple raids at various locations of steel and power plant traders in Chhattisgarh including Laxora in Mowa, Farishta Complex and Wolfort City in Raipur.
As per sources the raids were started at 6 in the morning, in which the mobiles of all the businessmen were seized. They have started scrutinizing the documents.
There are different teams of Income Tax Department at the offices and plants of Construction TMT, Gravity Sponge & Power, Ghakun Steel and Maruti Ferro.
Besides, the team is also conducting raids at Korba and Raigarh.
