Raipur Vishnudeo Sai, the tribal leader from Chhattisgarh’s Surguja division and former BJP state president and union minister, has been elected as the leader of the BJP legislature party on Sunday. In the meeting of the BJP legislature party at the BJP state office in Raipur, Sai was elected as the leader. Three observers appointed by the BJP, along with senior party leaders, were present at the meeting. Sai, a legislator from Kunkuri and a prominent tribal leader, has been the state president of the Chhattisgarh BJP twice and has also been a central minister. During the election rally, Union Home Minister Amit Shah had said that they should be won; he will make them a big leader. After becoming the Chief Minister, Sai said that in today’s meeting of the Chhattisgarh legislative party, he has been unanimously elected as their leader. “I am very pleased on this occasion and first of all, I thank the BJP.
I will strive to earn everyone’s trust with complete honesty. And I will work to fulfill Modi’s guarantee one hundred percent. I will prioritize the work of 1.8 million houses,” he said. BJP in-charge Om Mathur said an experienced worker, a minister during Atal Ji’s tenure, has been made the Chief Minister. MLA Brijmohan Agrawal from Raipur South constituency said that by choosing him as Chief Minister, the central leadership of the BJP has honored the Scheduled Tribes of the country. Only the central leadership will give information about the Deputy Chief Minister. Legislator Kedar Kashyap said that he has handled responsibility as a senior leader and MP. Now, he will take up his duty as the Chief Minister. The BJP meeting took place in three phases. First, the three observers Arjun Munda, Sarbananda Sonowal, and Dushyant Kumar Gautam discussed with the state in-charge Om Mathur, Nitin Naveen, and Ajay Jamwal.
