Raipur: Bailadila to Narayanpur direct bus service started today on the special initiative of district administration and police. District collector Vinit Nandanwar said that continuous efforts are being made by the district administration to provide better transport facilities to the residents of the district. In this line, the bus is going to start from Narayanpur to Bailadila today.
Meanwhile, before the introduction of this bus service, the residents of the district had to travel a long distance of about 250 kilometers from Dantewada district to Jagdalpur, Jagdalpur to Kondagaon, and from Kondagaon to Narayanpur to reach finally Narayanpur. This was both money and time-consuming. Besides, one has to face the problems of frequent bus changes throughout the journey.
With the commencement of direct bus service from Bailadila to Narayanpur, now the distance of this journey will be reduced by about 100 kilometers. This will be both time and cost-effective. This bus will start from Narayanpur at 7:15 am and will reach Bailadila at 12 noon via Farsgaon, Dhaudai, Kanhargaon, Kadenar, Barsoor, Gidam, and Dantewada. This bus service will operate daily.
