Bilaspur. Eight police officers and employees, including Inspector Faizul Hoda Shah, became Cops of the Month.
Superintendent of Police Bilaspur Santosh Singh has announced the award of “Cop of the Month” to encourage the officers and employees to do good work in the field of policing.
From February 2023, police officer employees who did good work in policing were honoured with the Cop of the Month award by Santosh Singh at the SP office today. Inspector-in-charge of Sarkanda police station Faizul Hoda Shah for remarkable action in the campaign for better disposal and disposal of crime cases, ASI Umashankar Pandey for excellent work in the traffic cell, ASI Manoj Sharma in-charge for quick search of accused of firing and looting at the petrol pump in Junapara, SI Gaurishankar Baghel for better office work, constable Gokul Jangde of Kotwali police station for solving the Masturi murder, constable Pritidas Mahant got counselling done at the Family Counseling Center Women’s Police Station to help reunite the families, constable Sonu Pal and ACCU constable Satya Kumar Patle have been awarded the Cop of the Month award for their intelligence in catching the accused,
Along with cash rewards, good service entries, and testimonials to the selected employees, the notice boards will have photos of all police offices and all police stations and outposts for the whole month.
The SP has clearly stated that the cops who behave well with the public and work responsibly and faithfully will always be honoured. At the same time, the department will take strict action against those involved in illegal work and undisciplined behaviour. In February, the Superintendent of Police suspended two indisciplined employees and attached the line to another.
