Congress leader Virbhadra Singhdeo, a relative of the Health Minister, has passed away

Kota-Ambikapur. State Health Minister and senior Congress leader TS Singhdeo’s relative and Congress leader Virbhadra Singhdev has passed away. His body was found on the side of the railway line near Gahila Nala between Salka and Belgahna stations of the Kota police station area on the Bilaspur-Ambikapur rail route. Railway employees had informed about the sighting of an unidentified body here on Friday morning. On receiving the station master’s information, the Kota police were informed. After reaching the spot, the Kota police were engaged in an investigation; they found that the body is of a senior leader of the Surguja Congress, Virbhadra Singhdeo. He had left on Thursday night for Ambikapur by Durg-Ambikapur Express train. That’s when this accident happened on the way. Virbhadra Singhdeo has held various positions in the Congress organization. He was on the post of Vice President of Janpad Panchayat Lundra. Virbhadra Singhdeo was a family member of Health Minister TS Singhdeo. The tricolour yatra has been postponed in all three assembly constituencies of the district following the death of a senior Congress leader.

The BJP has requested a judicial inquiry into the death of Virbhadra Singh “Sachin Baba,” a close relative of Health Minister TS Singhdeo, through a High Court judge. The BJP is treating it as a political assassination. On this matter, Health Minister Singhdeo stated that Sachin was distracted and any type of investigation is up to the Chief Minister and the Home Department.
