Congress appoints Baghel as senior observer for HP assembly polls, TS Singh Deo observer for Gujarat polls

Raipur: Congress has appointed chief minister Bhupesh Baghel as senior observer for the Himachal Pradesh assembly polls and health minister TS Singh Deo as observer for Gujarat assembly polls.

Congress National General Secretary KC Venugepal said on Tuesday, Congress President Sonia Gandhi has made chief minister Bhupesh Baghel senior observer in the Himachal Pradesh elections. Sachin Pilot and Pratap Singh Bajwa have been appointed as observers there. Meanwhile, Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot has been made the senior observer for Gujarat Assembly elections. TS Singh Deo and Milind Deora have been included in Gehlot’s team as observers. Assembly elections are to be held in these two states probably in November-December this year.
