CM, Health Minister take steps to strengthen health services

RAIPUR
The National Health Mission (NHM) has appointed 24 medical officers and one specialist on a contractual basis to strengthen health services in Chhattisgarh. The appointments were made on the instructions of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal.

The new medical officers and specialist have been assigned to rural and urban primary health centres, community health centres, and district hospitals in various districts of the state. The appointments will help expedite treatment and boost health services.

Dr. Vikas Kumar Sahu was appointed as a specialist at Dhamtari District Hospital. The medical officers appointed are:
