Raipur: Chief minister Bhupesh Baghel on Saturday reached village Khorpa falling under Abhanpur assembly constituency under his statewide ‘Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan’. He partook lunch at the house of Jairam Sahu before commencing his programme. The family members accorded a warm traditional welcome to the Chief Minister with ’tilak and aarti’.
Abhanpur MLA Dhanendra Sahu was present on this occasion.

Badi bhaji, bohar bhaji, khatta bhindi, salad and papad. Chief minister thanked Jairam Sahu and his family members for the delicious meal by presenting them with gifts.
Jairam told the chief minister that he is a landless farmer and he gets funds from the state government’s Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Bhumihin Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana. Till now three installments have been received. There are a total of 9 members in his family.
