CM Baghel inaugurates new building of Harinath Academy English Higher Secondary School

Raipur: Chief minister Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated the new building of Harinath Academy English Higher Secondary School, run by Bhootnath Dey Charitable Trust, near the Municipal Corporation Garden of capital Raipur. Earlier this school was functioning in the Dey-building. The new school building has been constructed at a cost of Rs.2.50 crore. A 25-foot main gate of the school has been designed on the lines of the Belur Math gate.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister asked the students how they are feeling in the new building. The students raised their hands and said, “It looks very nice”. He said that the work of developing Dey Bhavan as an international memorial to cherish the memories of Swami Vivekananda has been started today. Quoting Swami Vivekananda, the Chief Minister said that Swami ji told the youth to ‘arise awake and stop not until the goal is reached’. He further said that students should set goals for themselves and work hard to achieve them. He encouraged the students to have good character and ethical life, and be promising members of society.

On this occasion, Swami Sarvottamanand Ji Maharaj, Vice Chancellor of Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute situated in Belur West Bengal. Culture Minister Amarjeet Bhagat, Parliamentary Secretary Vikas Upadhyay, President of Bhootnath Dey Charitable Trust Dr. H.S. Upadhyay along with other public representatives and senior officials were present on the occasion.
