CM Baghel honoured the exceptional talents belonging to Scheduled Tribes

Raipur: On the occasion of World Tribal Day, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel honoured exceptional talents belonging to Scheduled Tribes in a programme organized in Sitapur of Surguja district. These individuals have excelled in various fields. The honorees included acclaimed artists from various arts, individuals who outshined in state and national-level sports competitions, those who excelled in various competitive exams, students who qualified in the NEET exam, and other individuals from different domains.

At the venue, there were also 13 departmental stalls showcasing government schemes, organized by various state departments. These included stalls from the Tribal Welfare Department, Panchayat Department, Education Department, Women and Child Development Department, Millets Cafe, Irrigation Department, Livestock Development Department, Agriculture Department, Horticulture Department, Forest Department, Food Department, Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department, and the Municipal Corporation. Through these stalls, information about departmental schemes was provided to the people. More than 27,000 beneficiaries associated with these schemes received essential materials and documents through these initiatives.
