CM Baghel chaired a meeting of new Inspectors General and Deputy Inspectors General of Police of all the ranges, reviews status of law and order in the state 

Raipur: Chief minister Bhupesh Baghel chaired a meeting of new Inspectors General and Deputy Inspectors General of all ranges of the state at his residence office this morning and reviewed the law and order and security of women in the state. Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain and Director General of Police Ashok Juneja were also present in the meeting.

In the meeting, Baghel took information about the law and order, safety of women in the state. He enquired about the action being taken to tighten the noose on hooligans, miscreants, and to put an end to the practice of betting, gambling and on-line gaming. He directed the officials to take strict action and effectively ban the aforementioned practices.
