Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will transfer unemployment allowance amount worth Rs 32.35 crorein the accounts of 1,5,395 youths on Wednesday

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will transfer an amount of unemployment allowance worth Rs 32 crore 35 lakh 25 thousand in the account of one lakh 5 thousand 395 youth on Wednesday. 

24 thousand 15 youths were added this month after their applications were approved. Earlier, an amount of 16 crore 54 lakh 62 thousand 500 was transferred to 66 thousand 185 youth as the first installment of unemployment allowance. The number of women is 64 thousand 25, which is 39 percent of the total number of youths. Similarly, there are 1 lakh 509 men, which is 61 percent of the total youth. Urban youth are 27 thousand 970, which is 17 percent of the total number of youth. Similarly, the number of rural youth is one lakh 36 thousand 564, which is 83 percent of the total number of youth.

1680 cases are for appeal

Eligibility check is being done as per rules for the application of unemployment allowances. 1680 cases have been presented to the collectors for appeal. Out of these, the allowance has been approved in 187 cases. 493 cases have been rejected and 1001 cases are pending. 2942 complaints have also been received online. Of these, 1425 complaints have been resolved. Action is being taken on the resolution of the remaining.

Training of 1701 Youth started

When the youth are filling applications for unemployment allowance, they are also being given the option of training so that they can be made self dependent. So far, training of 1701 youth has started. This training is being imparted in 33 institutions including Livelihood College.
