Raipur: Chhattisgarh Governor Anusuiya Uikey has approved the mercy petition of an 80-year-old convicted prisoner detained in Central Jail Bilaspur, on the occasion of New Year. The decision has been taken keeping in view the age of the prisoner, time served in prison, and his good behavior in jail.
