President Droupadi Murmu Explores Archaeological Riches at Mahant Ghasidas Memorial Museum in Raipur
Raipur: In an enriching cultural rendezvous, President Droupadi Murmu graced the Mahant Ghasidas Memorial Museum in Raipur today. Culture minister Amarjeet Bhagat, extended a hearty welcome to President Droupadi Murmu on this occasion.
Immersing herself in Chhattisgarh’s archaeological heritage, President Droupadi Murmu delved into the museum’s treasures, which resonate with historical narratives of the region. She engaged with prehistoric stone tools, ancient sculptures, inscriptions, copper plates, and coins meticulously collected from Chhattisgarh and beyond. The President also gained insights into the museum’s collection of materials pertaining to tribal cultures.
Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan and Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel also joined President Murmu in exploring the museum’s wealth of artifacts.
