On the Supreme Court’s rebuke to ED, the Chief Minister said that in Chhattisgarh, the ED is harassing the officers. ED’s attitude is not one of investigation but of intimidation. The BJP’s agenda is not going to work here. ED is operating beyond its jurisdiction. ED is working under pressure and getting names through intimidation.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel stated that the ED officials in Chhattisgarh are carrying slips in their pockets because the traffic police do their duty with honesty at traffic points to take action against offenders and make challans against them. The ED is using third-degree torture, which is unethical. The government is doing a good job here; every section is pleased with it, so the BJP is not allowing the government to work on an agenda.
The Chief Minister stated that the ED has become autocratic, and the Supreme Court is keeping an eye on the situation.
