Kawardha: ‘Token Tuhar Haath’ mobile app is proving to be useful for farmers selling paddy at support price

Raipur: In a bid to make selling paddy more easier for farmers, the state government has launched the ‘Token Tunhar Haath’ mobile app through which farmers can obtain their tokens online sitting at home.

Developed with the objective of simplification and systematic management of the process of issuing tokens for the sale of paddy, the mobile app is proving to be useful for registered farmers. Now, they no longer have to stand in long queues waiting for their turn.

Basant Kumar Sahu, a farmer who came to Kawardha Society to sell his paddy, said this time he did not have to make a visit to the society to get his token. He has got his token online through the app and has now come directly to sell paddy. He said that this process is a lot easier. Another farmer, Rahul Sharma said that he got his token online in just five minutes sitting at home. Expressing his gratitude towards the sate government, Bharatdas said that keeping in view the problems faced by farmers in getting tokens offline, this online facility has been started. This is saving time and effort for the farmers.

Meanwhile, with the launch of the mobile app, farmers are getting tokens for selling paddy by downloading the app from their mobiles. The process is a lot easier and hassle-free rather than waiting in queues in the committee for their turn. Along with this, farmers are able to easily get information related to their registration including personal, account, and land-related, paddy purchase and payment. With the help of the ‘Token Tunhar Haath’ app, every registered farmer is getting a token for selling paddy in the respective procurement center on desired dated.
