Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Thursday said that there is a big challenge ahead of Congress workers and its wings ahead of the assembly elections in November-December this year. “We are in power, but retain it is a big challenge for us. We can easily form the government. Repeat the success is a challenge for us,” the Chief Minister said in the executive meeting of the National Students Union of India (NSUI) here on Thursday.
Baghel said, now the challenge is to repeat the government. He told NSUI office-bearers that the post of Chief Minister or the MLA is not important. Rather, the dream of the ancestors has to be fulfilled. “We have to fulfill the target given by our national leaders,” the Chief Minister said.
Baghel said that Nandkumar Patel was the State Congress president in 2013. He took out the Parivartan Yatra which was a journey of transformation for the farmers, labourers, youth, women and tribals of the state. This change has happened in four and a half years of the present Congress government, realisig the dream of the former Congress leaders. There has been a change in the lives of farmers, labourers and students.
On BJP’s allegations regarding Chhattisgarh PSC, he said, this is happening for the first time, those who have given the exam are not the ones complaining but BJP leaders are complaining. They are misleading the people.
Give the examination and pass and get a job, said the chief minister.
