Cow dung colour will be used to paint schools. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel issues instructions.

Dispatch News.
Paint made from cow dung will now be used to paint Chhattisgarh’s schools. A rural industrial park is being developed in the state’s Gauthans. Women from self-help groups also work in these parks, making paint from cow dung. The Chief Minister has directed that all schools be painted with cow dung paint to provide employment opportunities for rural women and increase their income.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel reached the New Circuit House of the capital today during the Collector-SP conference to inspect the stalls put up by the Self-Help Groups of Vahan Gauthan and Ripa Rural Industrial Park. There he saw the artwork displayed by the group, painted cookies made of cow dung, pickles and household items made of bamboo, and inquired about it.
Appreciating the products made by the women, the Chief Minister asked the Additional Chief Secretary to issue instructions to use the paint made from cow dung manufactured in Gauthan or Rural Industrial Park in all the government schools in the state for potting work.
