Raipur: The indefinite strike called by Chhattisgarh Karmchari Adhikari Federation (CKAF) came to an end on Friday following a discussion with agriculture minister Ravindra Choubey. The government officers and employees were on an indefinite strike for about 12 days demanding 34 per cent dearness allowance (DA) and hike in house rent allowance (HRA). A day earlier, after the meeting of all the organizations, the core group of CKAF was authorized to take a decision. Following this, this decision has come to the fore today.
Meanwhile, cheif minister Bhupesh Baghel has also made a fervent appeal in public interest to all the striking government officers and employees to resume their work as it is causing a lot of incovinience to the public.
