Chhattisgarh High Court Issues Transfer Orders for District Judges and Judicial Officers
The Chhattisgarh High Court has issued transfer orders for three district judges as well as more than 40 officers of the judicial service. Under this, the District and Sessions Judge of Raipur and the Legal Secretary of the High Court, Additional Sessions Judge, and Civil Judge are included.
The Registrar General of the Chhattisgarh High Court, Arvind Kumar Verma, has issued the transfer order on the instructions of the Chief Justice.
According to the order issued, District and Sessions Judge Abdul Zahid Qureshi, posted in South Bastar Dantewada, has been made District and Sessions Judge in Raipur. Similarly, Judge Rakesh Bihari Ghore of Surajpur Family Court has been made District and Sessions Judge in Balodabazar, and Judge Vijay Kumar Hota of Bemetara Family Court has been made District and Sessions Judge in Dantewada.
The High Court has appointed Surajpur Additional District and Sessions Judge Om Prakash Singh Chauhan as Legal Secretary in the High Court.
Raipur’s District and Sessions Judge Santosh Sharma, Raipur’s First Additional Sessions Judge Santosh Kumar Tiwari, Ambikapur’s First Additional Sessions Judge Neelima Singh Baghel, Balodabazar’s Additional and Sessions Judge Shahabuddin Qureshi, Kawardha’s Additional District, and Sessions Judge Himanshu Jain, Kondagaon’s First Civil Judge Mona Chauhan, First Civil Judge Rajnandgaon Priyanka Agarwal, Third Civil Judge Lokesh Kumar of Mungeli, and Baikunthpur Civil Judge Class II Virendra Singh are on the transfer list.
