Bilaspur High Court Issues Notice to Chhattisgarh Government and PSC in CGPSC 2022 Case.

During a hearing related to the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission 2022 (CGPSC 2022) case, the Bilaspur High Court issued a notice to both the state government and the PSC, requesting their response. Justice Arvind Singh Chandel presided over the hearing and directed the government and the PSC to provide their replies within four weeks. Additionally, the court instructed them to reserve one position.

Candidate Tekram Nag, who participated in the examination, has brought forth the case, raising concerns about irregularities in the selection process. He has called for an investigation into his case, particularly expressing dissatisfaction with the handling of question number 12 from question paper number 4 during this recruitment examination for 210 positions conducted by the PSC. The petitioner contends that they had answered the question correctly, but the selection committee marked it as unanswered, causing disruption in the selection process.
