Chhattisgarh Board launches helpline for students, parents, and teachers for board exams

Raipur: Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education has launched a helpline to assist students,  parents, and teachers with any problems they may face during the Higher Secondary and High School examinations, which have begun today. The helpline aims to provide solutions to the queries and concerns of students, parents, and teachers regarding the examinations.

As per the instructions of the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education Secretary Prof. V.K. Goyal, continuous assistance is being provided to students, parents, and teachers through the toll-free helpline number 18002334363 from 10 am to 5:30 pm. Their issues are also being resolved promptly. The helpline is operational except for government holidays and Sundays. Many exam-related queries are being raised by students before the commencement of the exams. A total of 146 calls were received on the helpline number on Tuesday.

Secondary Education Board officials said that 2408 exam centers have been set up for Higher Secondary and High School exams. Nearly 3.28 lakh students are appearing for the class 12th exam, and 3.38 lakh students for the class 10th exam. The class 12th exams will be conducted from March 1 to March 31, and the class 10th exams from March 2 to March 24.

On Tuesday, Meera Verma, Ragini Awasthi in the first shift and in the second shift Kusum Tripathi and Dr. Leela Sahu solved the problems through the helpline. Along with this, Deputy Secretary of the Board J.K. Aggarwal, Nodal Officer Dr. Pradeep Kumar Sahu, and Assistant Professor Preeti Shukla, Alka Dani also resolved the problems raised by the students.
