Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Wednesday said that the democracy of the country is in danger in this ‘Amritkal’. The opposition parties are being intimidated by misusing the central agencies, said the chief minister while reacting to Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s statement ‘Desh me Amritkal, Congress me Rahul-kal’ (the nation is celebrating ‘Amritkal but in Congress Rahul Gandhi has become a curse).
After returning from Delhi, the Chief Minister told a channel that an FIR should be lodged on the statement of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister. He said that efforts are being made to crush the opponents through all the agencies. If they ask questions about Adani, their membership will be taken back, the bungalow will be snatched away. There is also punishment for asking questions on Adani.
