BJP workers will not let their party win in elections in Chhattisgarh: CM

Assembly elections are around the corner in Chhattisgarh,  theentire focus of the Center is on the state, said chief minister Bhupesh Baghel on Friday. While Prime Minister NarendraModi has praised the central government schemes in Chhattisgarh citing a tweet of the PM on the Pradhan MantriGramin Sadak Yojana and the second for Millet Mission. The PM praised Millet Mission of Chhattisgarh during his Mann Ki Baat programme. However, BJP leaders in Chhattisgarh are constantly raising questions about the success of the Central schemes and pointing fingers towards the state government.

Baghel said that the Prime Minister is praising the work done by the state government. There are many more achievements. The Chief Minister said that the people of the Bharatiya Janata Party are making hue and cry that the tap water scheme, Nal-JalYojana, is unsuccessful. They questions housing scheme. The Prime Minister has mentioned that 17 lakh people got tap water in Chhattisgarh, 34 lakh people have got houses, 35 lakh people have got gas cylinders. The PM is hailing the state for these achievements. 

In Chhattisgarh, BJP’s state in-charge Om Mathur and co-in-charge Nitin Naveen are holding meetings continuously. Party workers have got a double target of winning for 2023 assembly elections and 2024 general elections. Regarding this target given to the workers, Baghel said that whatever target they may give, but the people of BJP have realized that even if their government is formed by mistake, their 20 quintal paddy will not be bought. They will not get the benefit of Rs 9000 per acre under Rajiv Gandhi Nyay Yojana and Godhan Nyay Yojana will be closed. The BJP workers will not let their party win.
