‘Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan’: CM Baghel met with representatives of various communities in Boriyakhurd to address their needs

Raipur: Chief minister Bhupesh Baghel met with representatives of various communities in Boriyakhurd, which falls under the Raipur Rural Assembly Constituency, as a part of his ‘Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan’ on Tuesday evening. He directed the officials concerned to install a statue of Dr. Khoobchand Baghel and name the Transport Nagar after him.
Baghel announced a grant of Rs 25 lakh for the construction of a community building in Birgaon for the Jhiriya Sahu community besides announcing the installation of a statue of Karma Mata in Birgaon. He also directed the authorities concerned to allocate land to the community for the project. Furthermore, he provided financial assistance of Rs 20 lakh each for the construction of community buildings for the Sindhi and Kshatriya communities in Bhanpuri. Upon the request of the Sahu community, he instructed the authorities to allocate land to them in Daldal Seoni.
Chief minister announced that in response to the request made by the Muslim community, they will be allocated 7,000 square feet of land and a grant of Rs 25 lakh for the construction of a boundary wall of their community building. He also directed the authorities to allocate land and install a statue of Baba Saheb Ambedkar upon the requests of the Satnami community of Urala and Mowa. He announced a grant of Rs 15 lakh for the Sen community for the Dham shade construction work and instructed the authorities to allocate land to the Dewangan community.
Baghel assured the Patel community that they will receive the grant after the registration of the land in Daldal Seoni. The representatives of the Gada community informed the Chief Minister that their land has already been marked and he assured them of providing the grant for community building construction after land registration. He also instructed the authorities to allocate land to fulfill the demands of the Kayastha and Gupta communities.

He has responded to student Samridh Singh’s request by directing the allocation of Rs 5 lakh for his education at the University of Texas. Similarly, he announced a grant of Rs 1 lakh for student Soni Sahu to support her CA studies. The Yadav community expressed their appreciation to the Chief Minister for his directive to allot land at a 10 per cent rate. Additionally, chief minister announced the allocation of 5,000 square feet of land for a community building for the Brahmin community’s Mitra Vahini Sangathan.
Raipur Rural Assembly Constituency MLA Satyanarayan Sharma, District Cooperative Bank President Pankaj Sharma, Chief Minister’s Special Secretary Ankit Anand, Raipur Commissioner Yashwant Kumar, Raipur Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure, Raipur IG Shri Ajay Yadav, SP Shri Prashant Agarwal along with other public representatives were also present on the occasion.
