Anganwadi center where not a single child is malnourished

CM hails Patratoli Anganwadi Centre for achieving cent percent success under CM Nutrition Scheme

Anganwadi centre at Patratoli village of Duldula development block in Jashpur district has set an example as far as effective implementation of Mukhya Mantri Suposhan Yojana is concerned and it was discovered during the visit of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel to this centre on Saturday as part of his ‘Bhent-Mulaqat’ programme. As many as 20 children are registered in the Anganwadi Centre and none of the was found malnourished by the Chief Minister who could not prevent himself to heap words of praise on the Anganwadi centre staff and local representatives for the cent percent success of the scheme. 

It is to be mentioned, children of 0 to 6 years are being given extra nutritional food to protect them from malnutrition and anemia under the Mukhya MantriSuposhan Yojana.

Baghel inspected Anganwadi centre and talked to the children. He also distributed chocolates to the children. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also provided nutritional kits to the women.

The worker of the Anganwadi center told that under the Suposhan Yojana of the state government, nutritious food is given to the children. Regular health checkup is also being done by the health department.
