Raipur The General Administration Department of the Chhattisgarh government has promoted the 1999-batch IAS officer, Sonmoni Borah, as Principal Secretary. Additionally, ten other IAS officers have also been elevated to higher pay grades. Borah is currently serving in the Central Government on deputation. Among the 2011 batch officers, several, including Dr. Sarveshwar Bhure, the Raipur Collector, Chandan Kumar, the Baloda Bazar Collector, and Deepak Soni, the Kondagaon Collector, have been promoted to the rank of Secretary.
