Raipur Deputy Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh T S Singhdeo has presented his claim for the Ambikapur assembly constituency which is a general seat, three months ahead of assembly elections. His application for the Ambikapur seat was presented before the party. This submission was made before the Block Congress Committee of Ambikapur City in the presence of his representatives, Pradesh Congress Committee Vice President J P Shrivastava, General Secretary Dvitendra Mishra, and District Congress President Rakesh Gupta. The application was accepted by Block City President Hemant Sinha and Block Congress Committee President Vinay Sharma. The State Congress Committee has called for applications from candidates contesting in the Legislative Assembly elections from August 18 to August 22. The applications are to be submitted before the Block Congress Committee of the respective constituencies. On the first day of the application process, the District Congress Office at Rajeev Bhavan witnessed the sole submission for the Ambikapur Assembly seat, which came from Deputy Chief Minister T S Singhdeo.
