BJP to go among people with suggestion boxes to understand people’s need, their feeling before preparing its manifesto

Raipur The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will send suggestion boxes in 90 assembly constituencies of Chhattisgarh before the party finalizes its election manifesto ahead of the assembly elections as election in-charge Om Mathur held a crucial meeting of the manifesto committee in Raipur on Saturday. Also present in the meeting were manifesto committee convener Vijay Baghel, BJP state president Arun Sao, party state co-in-charge Nitin Nabin and former chief minister Dr Raman Singh. The committee meeting was held at the BJP office in Raipur to decide on how the manifesto committee will work in the coming days. BJP leaders believe that the manifesto of the organization should be such that it can directly connect the voters with the BJP. Important decisions have been taken. It has been decided in the closed door meeting that the manner in which the government departments are run, while doing research on department-wise subjects, a manifesto will be prepared by understanding the feelings and needs of the people. A team of 15 departments has been prepared. Separate sub-committees have also been formed. In which every issue related to the public will be there. The interest of every category like government employees, women youth, farmers, students, working professionals, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, backward class, general category will be kept in mind while preparing the manifesto. For this, the leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party will go among all these classes of people. Vijay Baghel said, different sections, be it industrialists, farmer’s organizations, women’s organizations, will be taken care of. Mitanin, Anganwadi, Safai Karmachari, Panchayat worker who prepares mid-day meal, Employment Assistant, Panchayat Secretary, Patwari, Officers from Court to Ministry, all will be include. Vijay Baghel said they will ensure revenue earned in different heads is used honestly unlike the Congress government which is misusing the revenue. For every class, the manifesto will have a blueprint of how to give its benefits to the people associated with every profession. Regarding farmers and daily wage employees, Baghel said that they are making a point-wise blueprint. Its information will be given to everyone from time to time. “We will come true to the public’s trust and with hard work,” he said.
