Durg dist adm develops Sarathi App: Register Complaints and Track Resolutions Anytime

Raipur: Chief minister Bhupesh Baghel will launch ‘Sarathi’ app at ‘Bharose Ka Sammelan’ to be organized at Sankara Patan in Durg district on May 21. Through this mobile app developed by Durg District Administration, people can easily register and track their complaints at any time. People can easily get solutions to their problems concerning various departments of the government. The complaints and problems received through this app will be promptly resolved by the departments concerned.
‘Sarathi’ app can be downloaded from Google Play Store on smart phones. As soon as one registers on this app through mobile phone number, a user ID and password is issued, which can be later used to login on the app and submit the complaint in the given format. The complaint registered through the app will be submitted to the nodal officer appointed by the district administration and further action will be taken. The nodal officer will forward the application to the concerned department, and thereafter, the concerned department will resolve the complaint within the stipulated time. The applicant can track the resolution of the complaint through the mobile app any time anywhere.
Officials concerned informed that this district-level app has been developed for the convenience of common people. This mobile application is available on Google Play Store under the name SAARTH&E.
