SC seeks response from State govt, other respondents on NAN scam

Bilaspur:The Supreme Court of India has asked the Chhattisgarh government, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and other respondents for the response on a special leave petition (SLP) filed by Director of Directorate of Enforcement in the multi-crore Chhattisgarh Nagrik Apurti Nigam (NAN) scam, occurred during the tenure of previous government in the state. The Apex Court heard the SLP through video conferencing yesterday.
A three-judge bench of the Apex Court comprising Chief Justice N V Ramana, Justice Surya Kant and Justice HimaKohli issued the notice to the respondents IAS Anil TutejaAlok Shukla, Chhattisgarh government and CBI in the case.
