Chirmiri’s Social Workers distributes blankets among the needy

Raipur: Over 500 blankets were distributed to the
needy people in a blanket distribution drive organized in Bada Bazaar Durga
Pandal in Chirmiri of Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur district.

Chandrakant Patel, a social worker organizes this
drive every year. During the corona pandemic period he distributed blankets
door-to-door to the needy. Other social workers from Korba district of Chhattisgarh
including Nanaji Bhai Patel and RK Singh Patel were present on the occasion.

Along with blankets, hot meals were also served to
the underprivileged and needy people. “I love to do this work of helping
others in need. I will continue to do this work in the future as well”,
said Chandrakant Patel.

People present on the occasion who received blankets
said that Chandrakant Patel has been distributing blankets here every year and
we give him best wishes for his noble work through our blessings.
