More than 2.5 crore Covid-19 vaccines administered in Chhattisgarh

Raipur: More than 2.5
crore Covid-19 vaccines have been administered in the state so far (till
November 18). A total of 2, 52, 50, 302 vaccines have been administered across
the state including both first and second doses.

Over 1.67 crore people of
the state have been given the first dose, while about 85 lakh citizens have
been administered both doses of Covid-19 vaccine.

92 per cent citizens of
the state above 45 years and 77 per cent of citizens in the age group of 18 to
44 years have got their first dose of vaccination. In these two age groups, 65
per cent and 39 per cent of the people have got their first dose and second
doses respectively. In the state, 41.39 lakh people above 45 years and 38.17
lakh people in the age group of 18 to 44 have been administered both doses of
vaccines.
