The battle for change of guard in Chhattisgarh seems to be getting complicated with every passing day. It was learnt that around 10 Congress MLAs will be flying to Delhi on Thursday evening. There had been no comments from the party over the Delhi visit of the MLAs again within a month span. It will be wait and watch to see the reaction of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on this development. All eyes are now on the Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and his reactions.
On the other hand, the claimant of Chief Minister’s post State Health Minister T S Singhdeo’s stand on the issue of two and a half year formula is very clear. According to Singhdeo, all the 70 MLAs can go to Delhi and there is nothing wrong in it. On the issue of a consent letter, Singhdeo said that all the 70 MLAs will agree with the high command’s decision and this is the consent. Earlier, Singhdeo had said that the state is open and the ball is now in the court of the High Command. The MLAs can go to Delhi for refreshment and put their words before the High Command.
