House adjourned sine die

Raipur: The Winter
Session of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly adjourned sine die on the
third day itself. After the supplementary budget and five bills were passed,
the Speaker announced the adjournment of the Winter Session.

On the first day on December 13, the proceedings were adjourned
after paying homage to the departed members of the House. The House was also
adjourned on the second day on December 14 after the Question Hour. Earlier a notification
was issued by the Principal Secretary of the Assembly to hold five sittings,
but it was not possible because of the uproar created by the Opposition.
