Raipur. Health Care is one of the markers of development. This basis is determined by strong health systems. The state is moving towards a new dimension by strengthening health services. From big hospitals as well as small health centers, the picture of Chhattisgarh health care is slowly changing. The government is providing specialist services for free.

The people are receiving better treatment facilities. Oxygen, ICU beds are not limited to hospitals but are available in health centers and dispensaries today.

 

Along with medical college hospitals across the state are proving to be milestones in health services. The state’s largest Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Hospital and Government DKS Superspecialty Hospitals are few of those.

The reason is that apart from the state, people from Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh etc. are also coming here for treatment.

With world class facilities, more than 60,000 cancer patients are treated here every year. Patients come from all over the country. At the same time, heart patients of the state are also benefiting from treatment at the Advanced Cardiac Institute of Ambedkar Hospital.
