Cars of half a dozen people, including Cong leader, damaged on Diwali night

Raipur:While the people of Raipur city were celebrating the festival of light, Diwali, with much fanfare and enthusiasm after a gap of nearly two years, some unknown miscreants damaged cars of half a dozen people, taking the advantage of the situation. The miscreants pelted bricks on the windshields of the vehicles taking advantage of darkness and loud noise created by the crackers.

This incident was reported from Khamtrai police station area. The car of Congress leader Ajay Sahu was also damaged by the miscreants. The owners of the vehicles along with local residents reached the police station and filed a complaint. Police were investigating the matter.
