If the court rules in favor of the EOW, Dipesh could be arrested.Dipesh Tank’s counsel, Faizal Rizvi, stated that the EOW had not arrested Dipesh so far, unlike others. After the Supreme Court granted bail, the EOW now wants to arrest him to harass him and please senior officials.EOW counsel Saurabh Pandey said that the ED was investigating the coal scam case. In that case, Dipesh Tank and Ranu Sahu were granted interim bail until August 7.
