Pathalgaon. Jashpur district police has arrested three thugs from Andhra Pradesh, including the kingpin of a gang who cheated on the pretext of planting a red sandalwood plantation.

Superintendent of Police Vijay Aggarwal today claimed that the kingpin of the gang from Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, V. Vasudev Reddy and M Lokesh were also arrested after Ramanna was caught.
