Partition was the greatest tragedy of India: Ram Madhav.

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s (RSS) national executive member and former BJP general secretary Ram Madhav said that the Sangh takes everyone along. “We never interfere in politics or government work, but only give guidance when needed. We do not have enmity with any political party and at the same time we want chief minister Bhupesh Baghel to listen to us,” said the RSS member.

On the question of distance between BJP, he clarified that there is no distance between them. Many people who came out of the Sangh, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, are doing good work in the government today. “We do not interfere in the day-to-day government work,” he said.

He said that the BJP leaders also attended the three-day national coordination meeting of RSS in Raipur. “We think alike and our ideology is the same,” Ram Madhav said and added, “We are in favour of dialogue which removes misunderstandings and allows us to know each other’s views.”

He said that Bhupesh Baghel is doing for the villages what the Sangh’s philosophy has been. At the same time, certain things which are happening in Chhattisgarh, should not be, he said.

Ram Madhav’s book ‘Partitioned Freedom’ was released in Raipur. On this occasion, he shared his thoughts about the tragedy of Partition. He said, “We remember freedom with reverence. We got rid of slavery, but the partition was very sad. One thing was Hindu-Muslim at the root of the partition. The acceptance that Hindus and Muslims are different led to the partition. But even today we have not learned anything from it. Even today we are suffering from the spirit of separatism. Even today people do not believe that Hindus and Muslims are the same.”

He said that at the time of independence Congress bowed before the radical separatist Muslim leadership. Because of this the Muslim League became powerful, Jinnah became powerful, the nationalist Muslims were neglected and the result was that the country was divided. Ram Madhav said that one should never try to appease separatism. Today, strict action is being taken against PFI also because it is also an organization encouraging terrorist activities.

Regarding the removal of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, he said that it was a historic step and no one thought that such a day would ever come. He said that the opposition parties thought that the Kashmiri people would protest against the abrogation of Article 370 by taking to the streets, and there would be heavy violence, but it did not happen because the people of Kashmir themselves wanted them to mingle with the people of the country without Article 370. Stay together

He said that the Modi government at the Center has contributed to changing the atmosphere in Jammu and Kashmir, as well as LG Manoj Sinha has also done a very good job. He interacted continuously with the people and stood by them in their sorrow and pain.

On the question of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi takes all classes and parties along and the most significant example of this was the Corona period.

According to him, the Prime Minister’s focus is only on the country’s development. He said that if good work is done even in remote areas of Chhattisgarh, then he tells it in Mann Ki Baat and encourages people. Regarding the upcoming Gujarat elections, Madhav said that it is the public’s job to decide.
