Raipur: Chief minister Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 171 development works worth Rs 146 crore 62 lakh in a function organized in the village of Tatamari of Keshkal vidhan Sabha. These include inauguration of 43 development works worth Rs 40.94 crore and Bhoomi Pujan of 128 development works worth Rs 105.67 crore.
For the purpose of beautification of 85 Devgudis at a cost of Rs.05.17 crore, Bhoomi Pujan and beautification of 15 Devgudis were also inaugurated.
Among the works inaugurated by the Chief Minister are 01 Public work department work worth 11.17 crores, 03 works of tribal development worth 26.18 crores, 1 district Nirman samiti work of 1.71 crores ,37 works worth 1.12 crores of Panchayat and Rural Development Department.
Apart from this, 02 works worth 37.27 crores of CREDA, 06 works worth 31.34 crores of Public Works Department, 20 works of Public Health Engineering Department costing Rs 17.46 crores, 85 works of Tribal Development Department worth 5.86 crores are also included.
Industries minister Kawasi Lakhma, Rajya Sabha MP Phoolodevi Netam, Lok Sabha MP Deepak Baij, Vice-Chairman of Bastar Area Tribal Development Authority and local MLA Santram Netam, public representatives and officials and employees were also present on this occasion .
