Chhattisgarhiya Olympics 2022-23: Billas Competition, Surguja division emerged as winner in the U-18 Boys category

Raipur: The three-day-long state-level competitions under Chhattisgarhiya Olympics are being organized in the state capital from Sunday. On day two on Monday, people of all ages from children to the elderly showcased their excellent sporting skills in the games.
In the Billas Singles U-18 Boys competition played at Sardar Balbir Singh Juneja Indoor Stadium, Mo. Sarfaraz Ansari emerged as winner while Khem Singh of the Bastar division was runner-up and Ishan of the Durg division secured the third position. In the Mens category of 18 to 40 years age group, Rampal of the Surguja division stood first, Palsingh of the Durg division stood second and Omkar of the Raipur division stood in third position. Similarly in the age group above 40 years, Ganeshwar Ram Nishad of Raipur division stood first, Lalman Singh of Surguja division secured second position and Ravi Shankar of Bilaspur division stood in the third position.
In the Girls’ Under-18 category, Urmila Maurya of Bastar division secured the first position, Minakshi Dhruv of Raipur division secured the second position and Kajal Singh secured the third position. In the age group of 18-40 years, Nandani of the Surguja division stood first, Suruchi Kenvat of the Bilaspur division stood second and Sunita Dhruv of the Raipur division stood third. Similarly in the age group above 40 years, Neera Kashyap of Bilaspur division stood first, Nisha Sahu of Bastar division secured the second position and Anisha Minj of Surguja division secured the third position.
