Raipur:Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday expressed satisfaction over the timely distribution of funds to the rightful beneficiaries under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiheen KrishiMazdoor Nyay Yojana and Godhan NyayYojana. He stated this during the online transfer of Rs 15.37 crore to the accounts of the beneficiaries through online mode.
Even during the Corona period, the state government did not let this cycle break. “At present, I am visiting the entire state along with discharging the duty of the government smoothly. At the same time, payment to the beneficiaries is also being done on time, said the Chief Minister.
The Rs 15.37 crore includes the amount of Rs 3.36 crore against cow dung purchase, and Rs 12.01 crore as dividend for Gothan committees and self-help groups. The Chief Minister said that there is an atmosphere of enthusiasm and happiness among cattle-rearing farmers, self-help groups and Gothan committees.
The Chief Minister said that the Godhan NyayYojana has increased the income of rural people and created employment opportunities. The Mothers and sisters have become financially empowered under the scheme.
