Chhattisgarh crosses one crore mark in Covid Vaccine.

Raipur. In Chhattisgarh, the number of people who have had both doses of the Covid vaccine has crossed one crore. To prevent Covid infection, one crore 22 thousand 404 people have got vaccines in the state. Fifty-one per cent of the population of one crore 96 lakh 51 thousand eligible for vaccination in the state. To increase the vaccination pace, the Covid vaccine is also available in procurement centres after the beginning of paddy procurement from farmers on support price from December 1.

So far (till December 5,) two crore 79 lakh 93 thousand 381 vaccines have been administered in the state, including the first and second doses of vaccine. The first vaccination has already been given to 91 per cent of the population eligible for it. One crore 79 lakh 70 thousand 977 citizens of the state have got the first vaccine to prevent infection.
