Raipur:The Indian Youth Congress (IYC) on Wednesday launched Young India’s Bol Season-2, a competition for selection of spokespersons, at party’s state office Rajiv Bhawan in Raipur.
IYC Chhattisgarh In-charge Shilpa Ekka told media that the IYC has come up with this unique concept to provide an opportunity to talented youths from all over the country to prove their talent in the Young India’s Bol Spokesperson Selection Competition and get a chance to enter the youth wing. The interested youths of the country can submit fill their through Google Form till May 31.
The competition will be organized at the assembly constituency and district level from June 1 to July 31 followed by a state level competition from August 1 to September 20 for those clearing the assembly and district level competitions.
The selected youths in the state level competition will get an opportunity to participate in the national competition to be held from September 30 to October 2 and this competition will be held at IYC Office in Delhi. Those living up to the expectations and fulfilling the criteria set by the IYC in the national level competition will be appointed as state and national spokesperson of the youth wing, Ekka said in the press conference.
Haritwal said that it was the brainchild of RahulGandhi and the IYC is implementing his ideas to give youth from all over the country a chance to prove their talent. He recalled that as many as 27 national level spokespersons from different regions across the country were selected under Young India’s Bol in 2021. Similarly, around 250 state spokespersons were selected through this competition. Competition under Season-2 is being started across the country under the guidance of Indian Youth Congress national in-charge Krishna Allavaru and under the leadership of Indian Youth Congress National President BV Srinivas.
Also present on the occasion were Congress General Secretary Amarjeet Chawla and Spokesman VikasTiwari, Chhattisgarh State Youth Congress In-charge General Secreary Ashraj Husain, Spokesperson RahulKar, Anshul Mishra, Namrata Soni and Akash Yadu.
