Raipur. The political parties are in an uproar for the civic elections to be held in the state. The latest development is related to Health Minister TS Singhdeo, who has refused to become the Baikunthpur district in charge, bypassing the decision of the election committee of Congress.

Recently Manendragarh became a district, but the people are angry due to the non-inclusion of the Khadganwa block in it. Even the people of political parties are registering their protest on this move. In such a situation, T S Singhdeo has refused to become the election in-charge of Baikunthpur and Shivpur Charcha Municipality given the deteriorating equation in the elections. 

Meanwhile, Health Minister TS Singhdeo spoke to many political parties and citizens, including MLA Ambika Singhdeo, in Baikunthpur. He talked to the Chief Minister and spoke about the problem. He said that the Chief Minister has agreed to this.

After the refusal of a senior minister like T S Singhdeo, it would be tough for another minister to shoulder that responsibility.
