Steady decline in the number of Covid-19 patients in the state, currently CG has only 88 active patients
Raipur: Number of active COVID-19 cases in the state is steadily decreasing because of the speedy recovery of COVID patients and decline in the number of new patients identified per day. At present, the number of active COVID infected patients in the state is 88 and there are no active COVID patient in Bemetara, Mahasamund, Gariaband, Janjgir-Champa, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, Kanker and Narayanpur districts of the state. The current average positivity rate of the state is 0.17 percent.
No new case of corona has been reported in 20 districts of the state as on April 4. On this day, 7217 samples were tested across the state, in which 12 were found COVID-infected. No cases were found in 20 districts of the state including Rajnandgaon, Balod, Bemetara, Kabirdham, Balodabazar-Bhatapara, Mahasamund, Gariaband, Raigarh, Janjgir-Champa, Mungeli, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, Sarguja, Koriya, Surajpur, Jashpur, Bastar, Kondagaon, Dantewada, Kanker and Narayanpur on April 4.
On this day one case each was found in Durg, Raipur, Dhamtari, Balrampur-Ramanujganj and Bijapur, two each in Korba and Sukma and three people in Bilaspur have been found COVID infected.
