Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot cornered the Central government over rising inflation while talking to media at Swami Vivekananda Airport Raipur on Friay. The BJP government at the Centre has been biased towards states, they have made the excise duty tax to a minimum. The Government of India is looting. The central government has no ananswer to rising fuel prices, Gehlot said.

Gehlot said that the BJP government at the Centre has been unfair to states. To a query Gehlot said that the constitution is in tatters, democracy is in danger under this government at Centre. The central government is spreading terror by misusing central agencies, Gehlot said.

Gehlot said that Rajasthan has a lot of thermal power plants which cannot operate without coal. Therefore he is trying to convince Chhattisgarh for permission on coal allocation, said Gehlot.
