The murder of a young man in Talapara area of Bilaspur on the day Chief Minister visited Bilaspur has taken a new twist with relatives of the victim knocking the door of the city MLA and requesting for his intervention for justice. The relatives of the victim reportedly narrated the entire story before the MLA and requested for the arrest of the accused. The MLA Shailesh Pandey assured the relatives of the victim of taking necessary steps. The MLA immediately talked to the IG over the issue and urged the Home Minister on behalf of the victim’s family. 

The murder of Naveen Mahadev in Civil Line police station area it seems taking a political turn with victim’s father Santosh Mahadev seeking intervention of MLA Shailesh Pandey and accusing accused Wasim Khan and the party of committing the crimeMahadev met the MLA at his Sakri residence, and disclosed to him the secrets in the murder case. Mahadev reportedly cried before the MLA for action against Wasim.


It may be recalled that on February 25, during the stay of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel in the city, the case of Naveen’s murder came to light. After which the police arrested four minors involved in the case, here in this case from the beginning, a young man named Wasim Khan is being accused of committing the crime. But police are unable to reach Washim Khan for his political patronage. 

Murderers will not be spared: MLA

MLA Shailesh Pandey said that the father of the deceased hadcome to meet him and plead for justice. The MLA said that he has spoken to Home Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu who in turn assured of appropriate action. IG Ratan Lal Dangi has also been informed. The MLA said that the accused will not be spared.
